Add your room’s length and width in feet — that number in inches is a good chandelier diameter. For dining rooms, choose a fixture about half to two-thirds the width of your table, hung 30–36 inches above it.
Most fixtures ship without bulbs unless noted on the product page. Each listing specifies the socket type, maximum wattage and recommended bulb, so the right one is easy to find.
Yes — return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our shipping and returns page for details.
Customized products cannot be cancelled because customized products cannot be resold.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it, and we will be happy to provide free cancellation. But for orders that have exceeded the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee will apply due to processing costs.
